Kids Yoga By Laura DeLong

Through games, music, activities and stories children will learn yoga poses, cardio exercise, breathwork and ultimately how to listen to their bodies and slow down with relaxation. Mindfulness and Brain Gym exercises will also be incorporated. Children will benefit by feeling the positive effects yoga can have on the mind and body.
